David Merriman Named Stukel Presidential Professor at UIC
Congratulations to David Merriman, who has been named the James J. Stukel Presidential Professor at UIC. Now in his eleventh year at UIC, Professor Merriman’s research focuses on business property taxation and state budgetary policy.
