Rachel Weber Quoted In WBEZ Story On Lincoln Yards
Rachel Weber, UIC professor of urban planning and policy, is quoted in a WBEZ (91.5 FM) story on the possible approval of developer Sterling Bay’s Lincoln Yards project and the contracts to minority and women contractors that the company will be to mandated to deliver.
