Kate Lowe To Appear On Chicago Tonight Discussing E-Scooter Program
Kate Lowe, UIC assistant professor of urban planning and policy, is scheduled to appear tonight on WTTW-TV’s “Chicago Tonight” to discuss the performance of the City of Chicago’s e-scooter pilot program since it was launched last month. The program begins at 7 p.m.
