Amanda Kass, associate director for the Government Finance Research Center at UIC and a member of the IGPA Fiscal Health of Illinois Working Group, was part of NPR Illinois’ “The 21st Show” panel previewing some of the issues Gov. J.B. Pritzker would address in yesterday’s budget speech.
