GCI Director Dr. Teresa Córdova Supports the 2nd Annual Chicago Latino Arts & Culture Summit
The Latino Arts and Culture Summit brings together more than 20 of Chicago's Latino nonprofit arts organizations with some of the city's largest foundations. With nearly one third of Chicago's population identifying as Latino, the Summit challenged the city's largest foundations to reflect that in their funding portfolios. Dr. Teresa Córdova provided a number of facts and figures on Chicago's Latino population to help contextualize and guide the discussion on supporting Latino arts and culture.
