Dr. Rachel Weber Featured in Article on Chicago’s Abandoned School Buildings

Over half of those school buildings remain unused and a burden on surrounding communities despite promises that those properties would be converted to more productive uses. Dr. Weber offered her suggestions for how the city could have done a better job ensuring that these properties were converted to better serve their communities.
