About
My research explores Chicago's industrial corridors and its policies from an interdisciplinary perspective, in the intersection between Industrial Geography, Economic Development and Industrial Urbanism. The objective of this research is to understand how the differences in the urban form of these corridors relates to the economic and environmental performance of the firms and organizations located within them. Better understanding these dynamics will help us rethink present and future urban design, land use regulation, and local development policies for industrial areas.
