With over twenty years of political and public administration experience, Mr. Kucia has taken on some of the most difficult public sector challenges including leading the effort to reform Cook County government, helping execute one of the largest capital infrastructure projects at Illinois Toll Highway Authority, eliminating a $300M structural deficit and initiating the largest capital improvement plan in CTA history, and eliminating a $1.2B deficit through good management practices and helped lead the effort to get additional education funding from the State of Illinois." Mr. Kucia resides in the northwest side of Chicago with his wife and two children.
