Brian Collins, Executive Director of the $50 billion Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF), leads one of the best-funded public pensions in the country, with a funding level of 93.6%. Collins is responsible for leading more than 200 team members to deliver high quality, award-winning results to IMRF’s more than 3,000 employers and 440,000 members. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Memphis, Tennessee, spent 20 years with some of the biggest names in banking, and a decade as an attorney. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, a J.D., and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting.
