Prof Merriman Quoted in Tribune Article on Lincoln Yards TIF Study
David Merriman, James J. Stukel Presidential Professor in the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs, is quoted in a Chicago Tribune article on a TIF study for the Lincoln Yards project that was written by a consultant hired by the developer.
