New Report from the Voorhees Center Explores Chicago’s Food Ecosystem
Food for Thought: Food Ecosystem in the Chicago Region tracks employment, establishment, and annual wage changes between 2010 to 2020 and highlights the weaknesses in the regions food supply chain in the wake of COVID-19. Among the report's findings is that overall employment in the region's food system grew by 10.39 percent from 2010 to 2020. The full report is available at the link above.
