MUPP Student Jessica Jones Receives Honorable Mention for the Holzheimer Memorial Student Scholarship for Economic Development
Please join us in congratulating MUPP student Jessica Jones! Her paper titled "Defining and Re-Defining Blight: Evaluating the Blight Remediation Goal of Tax Increment Financing" was recognized as an Honorable Mention for the 2019 Holzheimer Memorial Student Scholarship for Economic Development Planning. Jessica originally wrote the paper for her Economic Development I class, and was encouraged to submit the piece for scholarship consideration by course instructor, Professor Joshua Drucker.
