Dean Pagano Gives his Opinion on Trump’s Infrastructure Plan
Newsday interviewed Michael Pagano, dean of UIC’s College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs, on President Trump ‘s infrastructure plan which calls for most funding to come from local government and private sources.
