Theodore’s Research on Construction Working Conditions Cited in Guardian

Urban Planning and Policy Professor and CUPPA Associate Dean Nik Theodore's research on construction working conditions in the southern United States was cited on Sunday, October 23 in an article in the Guardian:  "Who Will Protect the Workers Cleaning Up Houston."

Theodore and his research partners "found 40% of Houston construction workers do not have access to any form of benefits such as health care, paid sick leave, or even workers’ compensation."
