The Urban Transportation Center released a paper on the history of Chicago’s Transit Circulation Efforts.The evolution of Chicago’s efforts to address the distribution and circulation of people in the Central Area is chronicled in a newly published paper from the Urban Transportation Center: "The History of the City of Chicago Central Area Transit Circulation Efforts."
