P.S. Sriraj Examines Jane Byrne Circle Project Delays
P.S. Sriraj, director of the Urban Transportation Center and research associate professor at UIC, interviewed in a Chicago Tribune front page article that examines the delays in the Jane Byrne Circle Interchange reconstruction project.
