New Survey Report Released By IPCE As Part Of CPD Consent Decree
The Community Survey Report led by the Institute for Policy and Civic Engagement (IPCE) as part of the Chicago police Consent Decree has been released. ABC7 Chicago writes, "The survey, which was conducted between November 2019 and February 2020 by researchers from the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Chicago, is said to reveal observations that, "demand attention by the city, CPD and other stakeholders in policing.” The full report can be found here
