Janet Smith, UIC professor of urban planning and policy and co-director Nathalie P. Voorhees Center for Neighborhood and Community Improvement, was interviewed by ABC7 (WLS-TV) for a segment about gentrification in Humboldt Park and the changing neighborhood dynamics in the city overall. The segment is scheduled to air during ABC7’s 10 p.m. newscast on Monday, Jan. 20.
