Congratulations to Muhammad Shafaat Nawaz, a Fullbright urban planning doctoral student in CUPPA, for recently receiving the Research for Social Transformation and Advancement (RASTA) research grant from a prestigious Pakistani foundation! His study explores a spatial phenomenon that routinely plays out in large Pakistani cities – unanticipated, spontaneously-formed bazaar-based industrial clusters.
