DESCRIPTION: UIC Rise: Student Career Conference (UIC Rise): a full-day career readiness event that focuses on helping students connect their experiences to the next steps of their career journeys.  The conference is free and open to all students, but is especially valuable for those who are still clarifying their goals and/or preparing to transition into internships, employment, or graduate studies.  Conference highlights include:       	Professional Hot Seat: Employers and alumni share candid insights and lessons learned from their career experiences.
