The report analyzes the structural factors driving racial disparities in rates of Latine homelessness in Illinois such as a lack of affordable housing, evictions, incarceration, unemployment, and healthcare access, that often push Latine residents in Illinois toward homelessness.
A panel of experts will discuss the report and implications for the future.
