Wednesday, September 10, 4-6 p.m.
Games, food, drink, and fun! And a raffle for those in attendance! “Vintage” CUPPA baseball hats, ambassador fleece, and CUPPA coffee mugs!
RSVP by Sept. 5
• In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the lower level of CUPPA Hall. An announcement will be made by 12 noon on September 10 via email and social media.
• Harrison Field is a grassy area with limited shade. Dress for the weather and bring your own picnic blanket or lawn chair. It's going to be a great time!
• Photographers and/or news media may be present at this event. By participating and being present during the event, you give the University of Illinois Chicago the right to use photographs or video/audio recordings taken of you during the event for educational or promotional purposes and for sharing with external news media.If you do not wish to appear in photographs or be recorded, please avoid this area at this time or contact an event administrator.
